Sunflower Haven

A Safe Place to Heal and Be a Kid Again

"Not every child needs this. But for the ones who do—it changes everything."

Sunflower Haven is a trauma-informed program for children and teens (ages 5–18) who are grieving the loss of a parent or coping with a parent’s serious illness. We offer support, joy, and healing through counseling, mentorship, and community.

What We Offer at Sunflower Haven

  • Colorful paints, brushes, and bottles scattered on a white surface with paint splatters and smears, including a child's hand in a blue sleeve holding a painted stick.

    Support Saturdays

  • Silhouettes of six people jumping on a hill at sunset

    Monthly Healing Outings

  • Two women with wavy hair forming a heart shape with their hands in a sunflower field.
